- What you get: Daily automated backup at midnight (your region), 7-day rolling retention (extendable to 30/60/90 days), attachments included, OAuth-only connection, 2FA mandatory, AWS-encrypted region-aware storage, full audit trail
- Platforms: Xero (USA, Canada, Australia, NZ, UK) and QuickBooks Online (USA, Canada, Australia)

## WOW Restore (Point-in-Time Recovery)

- Price: USD $149.95 one-time charge per file
- What you get: Full restore to a brand-new Xero organisation or QuickBooks Online company file, handled end-to-end by the WOW team. Data rebuilt in dependency order, validated to the cent. Live file is never overwritten.
- Typical restore time: 1 to 3 hours for standard organisations; up to 1 to 2 days for large organisations (API rate limits)

## WOW Vault (Inactive Archive)

- Price: USD $2.49/month per inactive organisation or company file
- What you get: Retain your backup archive without further daily snapshots. Useful for cancelled subscriptions, closed clients, or compliance retention.
